Your request will be evaluated and concluded by our Company within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the response exceeds 10 pages, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged per additional page. If the response is provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the cost of the medium may be charged.
